Return & Refund Policy – Cap Asylum
At Cap Asylum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged through normal wear or misuse
- Products returned in a worn or altered condition
- Clearance or final sale items (if stated at purchase)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or exchange where possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
